| Help with Premenopause Most women on average begin menopause at age 51. Premenopause can start alot earlier at 37 or 38. The reason that they could need help with premenopause is that the symptoms can be identicalto those experienced while during perimenopause and menopause. Women experiencing very bad hot flashes and night sweats may require additional help with premenopause symptoms. Pre menopause symptoms often start in women from the age of 37 or 38 in our (western) cultures. Most often, however, these first signs of menopause aren't experienced by women until the age of 40. The first signs of menopause are called peri menopause. Women who have pre menopause symptoms very often have erratic periods for up to eight years before they stop. And the only true litmus a woman has of knowing if her periods have ended is after a year of no menstruation. Not many women stop menstruating all of a sudden, though this can happen in occasional cases, even without an early menopause brought on by seperate factors like surgery or chemotherapy. This sudden cessation is not typical of pre menopause symptoms, however. The reason for irregular periods in peri menopause is that women begin to skip ovulating in some months. The ovum is what is let go from the ovaries each month in the menstrual cycle. This happens in response to two hormones created by the anterior pituitary gland. ![]() So, at a certain stage of development, these 6-12 primary follicles start to accumulate a fluid inside them. This fluid has a high level of estrogen. This estrogen, in conjunction with FSH and LH, cause further growth of the primary follicles. This means it secretes more estrogen within it, which leads to even further accelerated growth for it. For more details on help with premenopause , please visit: www.femflax.com. | |
